Choose your own lending period – pick a lending period by title or by format! Choice of 7 or 14 days.
You can now select a lending period on a title-by-title basis for our Downloadable Audiobooks, Music and eBooks. In the course of checking out any title, you will have the option to select a different lending period for that specific title. The default is set at 7 days but you may choose 14 days instead (nice if the book is long!).
Alternately you can set personalized default lending period(s) on a format-by-format basis at the 'Lending Periods' page -- 2nd choice when you log in to your account. Click the desired number of days (7 or 14) next to the format. Click 'Done' once you have selected your desired lending period(s).
NOTE: due to publisher licensing agreements, our downloadable media titles cannot be returned early (with the exception of eBooks). They will automatically be returned at the end of the lending period.
